Miami Art Week 2026: Every Fair, Every Date, and What's Actually Worth Your Time
Miami Art Week runs November 30–December 6, 2026. Twenty-plus fairs, 1,200+ galleries, and a city that reorganizes itself around art for one week a year. Here's the full breakdown — fairs, venues, schedules, and the events that matter.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
Once a year, Miami stops pretending it's just a beach town. Miami Art Week — November 30 through December 6, 2026 — is when the galleries, the collectors, the curators, and the curious all converge on the same city at the same time. More than 20 independently operated fairs run concurrently across Greater Miami, anchored by Art Basel Miami Beach at the Convention Center. If you're here, you should know what's happening and where.
The Fairs — November 30–December 6, 2026
These are the independently operated fairs running during Miami Art Week. Each has its own ticketing, hours, and character. Art Basel is the anchor; the satellite fairs are where you find the surprises.

Miami Art Week Official Programming
The Miami Art Week organization runs its own curated programming alongside the independent fairs — this is the connective tissue of the week, not just a branding umbrella. The Official Kickoff Party (invitation only) opens the week. From there, the programming spreads across Wynwood, Coral Gables, and downtown Miami.

December 1–6 · Miami Art Week Gallery, 2300 N. Miami Ave, Wynwood · Noon–9 PM
Miami Art Week's only photo-centric exhibition, running concurrently with arteNXT at the same Wynwood gallery. Contemporary photography, photographer talks, and educational programming. Public hours mirror arteNXT. The Artist, Exhibitor & VIP Reception runs Friday 7–10 PM; Art After Dark follows from 10 PM to midnight.
Miami Art Week Panel Discussion Series — Session One
Artists, innovators, and cultural thought leaders in conversation about the future of art, creativity, technology, and culture. Presented as part of Art Coral Gables, which extends Miami Art Week programming into Coral Gables for the week.
Miami Media Festival at Frost Science
The inaugural Miami Media Festival brings together filmmakers, photographers, digital creators, animators, and AI artists for short and micro-short film screenings, panel discussions, and awards. This is Session Two of the Miami Art Week Panel Discussion Series. Screenings and awards for both the Media Festival competition and the photoMIAMI photography competition happen here. The Frost Science Planetarium is the main venue — it's a genuinely good room for this kind of programming.
Miami Art Week has been running for nearly a decade as an organized platform, but the week itself is older than that — Art Basel Miami Beach launched in 2002 and the satellite fair ecosystem built up around it over the following years. What the Miami Art Week organization adds is connective programming: the Wynwood gallery, the panel series, the media festival, and the Coral Gables extension. The independent fairs — NADA, Untitled, Scope, Spectrum, Red Dot, PRIZM, PINTA, and the rest — each operate on their own terms. Some are ticketed, some are free, some are trade-focused. Worth checking individual fair sites for hours and access.
The week runs November 30 through December 6. Art Basel Miami Beach is at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Miami Art Week Gallery (arteNXT + photoMIAMI) is at 2300 N. Miami Avenue in Wynwood. The Panel Discussion Series moves to Coral Gables Art Cinema on December 3 and Frost Science on December 5. Full programming details and exhibitor information at miamiartweek.org.
