Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Goes All In on PINKTOBER — and the Menu Proves It

Pink poker tables, a Bora Bora overwater cabana, and cocktails at every bar on property. Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood's 27th annual PINKTOBER campaign runs all October, with proceeds benefiting breast cancer research through Hard Rock Heals Foundation.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood has been doing PINKTOBER for 27 years. At this point, it's less a campaign and more a full resort transformation — pink felt on the poker tables, a pinked-out Bora Bora overwater cabana, photo walls in the lobby and porte-cochère, the Guitar Hotel façade lit up every night in October, and a cocktail menu that runs from Abiaka to the Sports Bar. All of it benefits Hard Rock Heals Foundation and breast cancer research.

The Cocktail and Menu Rundown

The resort-wide signature this year is The Pink Mutiny Club — vodka, raspberry, lemon, vanilla, club soda — available at all four fine-dining restaurants and every bar on property. One dollar per drink goes to breast cancer initiatives. From there, each outlet has its own PINKTOBER moment: Abiaka is running a Hamachi Crudo and a Pink Peach dessert with blood peach mousse and peach sorbet. The steakhouse has a Tuna Tartare with pickled beets and a Pink Lemon Tart with ruby chocolate gelato. Kuro is pouring a Pink Toro Maki and an Ispahan Mochi with lychee sorbet. Rise Kitchen & Deli has a Pink Cheesecake. The Sports Bar is doing a Strawberry Sundae with pink chocolate crunch.

At Bae Korean Grill, the Pink Lady — raspberry jasmine martini with St-Germain, yuzu, and super foam — is the cocktail to order. Bōl is pouring the Pink Courage with Código Rosa tequila, guava, and lime. Together, Bae and Bōl raised more than $30,000 for Gift of Hope last year; guests who order a featured PINKTOBER cocktail at either spot are entered into a raffle for curated gift baskets. Constant Grind is running pink pastries all month: Strawberries and Cream Petit Gateau, Raspberry Lemonade Bonbon, Bubblegum Gelato, Pink Macarons in three flavors, and Ruby Blueberry.

The Resort Experience

The headline amenity is a pinked-out Bora Bora cabana — an overwater villa above The Guitar Hotel's pool landscape, with a personal plunge pool, private bathroom, and butler service. Proceeds from the rental go to breast cancer research. The Guitar Hotel façade lights up in PINKTOBER theme every night in October. Two photo walls are back: one in The Guitar Hotel lobby, one at the Hard Rock Hotel Porte-cochère. Tag @HardRockHolly and #PINKTOBER on Facebook, X, and Instagram. The poker room has two pink felt tables.

Three Events Worth Putting on the Calendar

Tracy Bradford's 3rd Annual Miles of Meaning 5K Walk is Saturday, October 10 from 8–11 AM at the Seminole Hard Rock Support Services Building — live music, games, pets welcome, proceeds to the American Cancer Society. The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk is Saturday, October 17 from 7–11 AM at Amerant Bank Arena — the ACS's flagship 3-to-5-mile walk, now in its third decade. And the 8th Annual Strut For Strength Fashion Show is Wednesday, October 28 at 6:30 PM at DAER Nightclub — cocktail reception at 6 PM, show at 7 PM, awards after. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. All proceeds benefit Gildas Club South Florida.

The PGM Edit

Love Miami

PINKTOBER runs all of October at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, 1 Seminole Way, Hollywood. The Strut For Strength Fashion Show on October 28 is the ticketed anchor event. Everything else — the menus, the photo walls, the pink poker tables — is part of the daily resort experience through October 31.
