UD and Bam Are Doing Push-Ups for a Cause. You Should Pledge.
Anatomy Fitness brings back the #AnatomyHourPushUpChallenge on October 11 at 1111 Lincoln Road — this year with Udonis Haslem and Bam Adebayo together for the first time. One hour. Every push-up counts.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
Anatomy Fitness is bringing back the #AnatomyHourPushUpChallenge on Sunday, October 11 at 1111 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach. This year, for the first time, Bam Adebayo joins Udonis Haslem on the floor. Two generations of Miami HEAT leadership. One hour. As many push-ups as possible.
One hundred percent of proceeds benefit two foundations: Haslem's Udonis Haslem Foundation and Adebayo's Bam, Books & Brotherhood Foundation — Bam's literacy and mentorship initiative for young men. What started as an Anatomy gym tradition has grown into one of South Florida's most anticipated fitness fundraisers, drawing athletes, business leaders, and the broader Miami community for an hour of movement and giving back.
Registration opens at 9 AM. The challenge begins at 10 AM. Participants have one hour to complete as many push-ups as possible, with pledges made per push-up. Prefer to keep it simple? Flat donations are welcome too. The campaign is live now at go.rallyup.com/hourpushupchallenge — pledge per push-up for any participant or team, or make a one-time contribution directly.
Udonis Haslem spent 21 seasons with the HEAT — the longest tenure in franchise history — and has been part of Miami's community fabric long after his playing days ended. Bam Adebayo is the franchise's current cornerstone. The two of them on the same floor, for the same cause, is not something Miami takes for granted.
The PGM Edit
The campaign closes October 11 at 10 AM EDT. If you are not competing, pledge someone who is. Every push-up counts.
