Vitolo, the celebrity-loved Italian-American restaurant by Executive Chef Anthony Vitolo at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, is launching a brand-new Sunday brunch starting November 8 — and the timing couldn't be better. The restaurant celebrates its three-year anniversary on November 7 with live entertainment and a specially curated menu, then opens the brunch chapter the very next morning.
The Menu
Available every Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, the brunch menu brings Chef Vitolo's signature Italian-American style to daytime dining. Highlights include Tiramisu French Toast, Vitolo Pancakes, Brunch Pizza, and Tagliatelle alla Bolognese — alongside additional Italian-inspired dishes created by the chef.
The cocktail program is built for the occasion: the Rainbow Cookie Amore, Sorrento Limoncello, and Cannoli Carajillo are the standouts. Each one reads like a dessert course that arrived early.
The Chef Behind It
Chef Anthony Vitolo grew up working alongside his father at the iconic NYC Italian-American restaurant that counts Taylor Swift, Madonna, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and Obama among its regulars. He brings that same emphasis on classic Italian cooking and family-style dining to Fort Lauderdale — and the anniversary celebration and brunch launch mark an exciting new chapter for the restaurant.
