This Weekend's Geography

1 neighborhood
1South Beach

Every February, Miami Beach becomes the center of the culinary world. The South Beach Wine & Food Festival — SOBEWFF to everyone who has been — returns February 25–28, 2027, and the confirmed lineup is already one of the strongest in the festival's 26-year history. Four days of chef dinners, beach tastings, wine seminars, master classes, and parties that stretch from the sand to the rooftops of the city's best hotels. The events below are confirmed and on sale now.

Four days. Hundreds of chefs. The beach, the hotels, the parties — all of it organized around the best food and wine on the planet. SOBEWFF 2027 is the 26th edition, and it shows.

The festival is produced by the Food Network & Cooking Channel in partnership with Florida International University, and it benefits FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Since its founding in 2002, SOBEWFF has raised more than $35 million for culinary education. That track record is why the talent it draws is unmatched — this is where chefs want to be seen, and where the food world comes to celebrate itself.
